Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy applies to every order you place with us.


WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party provider manages our inventory and is responsible for shipping your products.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping if the total order amount is 50Fr., but for international shipping, shipping is free if the total order amount is 65Fr.

If you choose a shipping option, we will send you further shipping information after you place your order.

All times and dates specified for delivery of the Products are given to the best of our knowledge and belief, but are estimates only.

For consumers in the EU and UK: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless expressly stated, estimated delivery times are the earliest possible delivery, and delivery will take place within 30 days of the day we accept your order. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. If the total order amount is 65Fr, international shipping is free.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions regarding some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties beyond our control. Should this occur, you are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable in your country and will be responsible for any additional charges or taxes.



WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a new estimated delivery date.
