For orders over CHF 60, we cover the shipping costs for you – automatically, without a voucher code. Whether you're looking for a treat for yourself or a gift, shipping is free for orders over CHF 60. We deliver quickly and reliably directly to your home.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition , unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

After your return is accepted, you must return the package at your own expense. Returns without prior consultation will not be accepted.
Excluded from returns are, for example, personalized items, perishable goods, care products, hazardous goods, as well as discounted items and vouchers.
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately.
Refund: After inspecting your return, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days . If there is a delay beyond 18 business days, please contact us.

We've made the tracking process user-friendly for our customers. You'll find the "Tracking" section in the menu or footer of our website. There, you can enter either the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email , or alternatively, your order number along with the email address or phone number you've stored in your customer profile.
This way you can keep track of your order at all times.
